Introducing Stefan's Board of Directors 12 Program

The Board of Directors 12 Program has been developed for Small Business Owners to be in an environment of progressive and strategic thinking for long-term growth of their business.

In each group there will be 6 non-compete businesses who will be able to build upon the information and knowledge they share and receive. All in an environment that is encouraging peer to peer accountability that is lead by a seasoned facilitator.

There will be fortnightly sessions that run for ninety minutes and quarterly three-hour sessions focusing on developing 90-day plans. These are to keep the focus and momentum alive long after the planning session is complete for your business. This is the roadmap that keeps it aligned with your strategic objectives for the next immediate period.

The program will ultimately provide the following:

• Deliberate and Driven Growth
  
• Consistency of Execution against a plan
  
• Accountability
  
• Results for effort
  

With two important aspects:

• Growth of profitability, and
  
• Growth of influence.
  

Participants must be committed business owners who are dedicated to growing their businesses in any economic period.

Eligibility? Typically the businesses that are participating are Business owners or their team from startup phase up to 5 years in business or turning over up to $1million.

Where will the meetings take place? In the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
